Terms of Use
These terms apply to the MavaScreen apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac, the MavaScreen receiver for Google TV and Android TV, and the mavascreen.com website, all provided by Iris Coral LLC. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
MavaScreen is published by Iris Coral LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413K, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.
The apps and Apple’s standard EULA
The MavaScreen apps from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add to the EULA; where they conflict, the EULA prevails for the App Store apps.
The MavaScreen receiver is distributed through Google Play, and the Google Play terms also apply to it.
The FREE plan
FREE costs nothing and needs no account. It shares in HD for 10 minutes a month, counted across the devices signed in to your Apple Account; when the month’s minutes are used, sharing on FREE stops until the next month. PLUS and ULTRA share without a time limit. We may change features over time, and this website describes the current plans.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
PLUS and ULTRA are auto-renewable subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy. Prices vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs until it ends.
Yearly plans may start with a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins and is charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Apple handles billing, refunds and payment disputes under its own terms.
Quality and requirements
Each plan sets maximum values for resolution, frame rate and bitrate. The quality you get also depends on your TV’s hardware decoder, your device and your local network, and it may be lower. MavaScreen needs a TV or streaming device that can install the MavaScreen receiver from Google Play.
Copy-protected video, such as content from streaming services, cannot be captured and shows black.
Acceptable use
Only share content that you have the right to show. Do not use MavaScreen to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with networks or devices that are not yours.

MavaScreen, its software, its design and the content of this website belong to Iris Coral LLC or its licensors. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play, Google TV and Android TV are trademarks of Google LLC. MavaScreen is not affiliated with Apple or Google.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the apps and the website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Iris Coral LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of MavaScreen. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for MavaScreen in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes and languages
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. These terms are provided in several languages; if a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
